Mark Raynes
Mark is the original founder of Raynes Gibson & Matthews, establishing the practice in 1984 on Dominion Road. With over 40 years as an owner and full-time accountant, his dedication to the firm and his clients is evident in the success of the businesses he supports. Passionate about helping clients grow, Mark is known for his professionalism, expertise, and commitment to their financial well-being. Outside of accounting, he is a keen sailor who loves boats and being on the water.
Alice Kongjinda
Alice’s been a valued member of RGM since 2017 & is a skilled senior accountant. She holds a double-major degree in Accounting & Business and Hospitality & has been recognized with an International Honour Certificate from Beta Gamma Sigma. Alice is known for her warm personality, positive attitude & exceptional customer service. She takes pride in making complex financial matters easy to understand, ensuring clients feel confident in their decisions. With a strong focus on building lasting relationships, she is committed to providing tailored support that helps businesses and individuals navigate their financial journeys with ease. Outside of work, Alice enjoys aquascaping, fishkeeping, and caring for animals—especially her beloved cats.
Mohammad Mohammadi
Mohammad is a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Accounting and Business Information Systems from Auckland University of Technology, earned in 2018. He has worked across various industries, including retail, construction, and self-employment, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his work. Passionate about accounting and real estate, Mohammad is highly motivated and committed to delivering quality financial solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, going to the gym, and playing social volleyball and football.
Grace Wang
Grace graduated from UNITEC with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 2008 and joined Raynes Gibson & Matthews Accountants Ltd in the same year. With 17 years of accounting experience, she has developed strong expertise in resolving a wide range of compliance matters and has solid tax knowledge that enables her to provide accurate and practical advice to clients. Grace is passionate about supporting clients with her professional skills and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable services. Her commitment, attention to detail, and client-focused approach make her a valued member of our team. Outside of work, Grace enjoys travelling, music, and sports. Her energetic and positive outlook is reflected both in her personal life and in the way she supports her clients.
Danny Li
Danny Li graduated from Unitec in 2008 and started his career the same year with a Chartered Accounting firm. With over 17 years of experience, he is a reliable professional, skilled in handling a wide range of compliance and consulting work, including advising clients on accounting, tax, and business matters. Known for his practical approach and dedication, Danny is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges and providing guidance that truly benefits them. He takes pride in giving clients peace of mind and building strong, lasting relationships. Outside of work, Danny is an optimistic and approachable person who enjoys music, sports, and gaming.
