    • No charge for simple email or phone questions – Contacting us to ask us about your business or tax requirements doesn’t cost you.
    • No charge meetings – We want to hear from you and meet you! We expect to meet you at least twice a year to discuss your business and answer any question you have.
    • BankLink accounting system – Simple installation of automatic bank data direct to you. We provide software that allows you to see, code and record your business transactions.
    • BankLink training & support – All provided by us to teach you how to use the cashbook software in order to accurately track your business information and keep records.
    • Xero software set up and training – We have a dedicated software training room for courses to “skill up”, and for one on one personal training on Xero. Here, you can easily ask questions and get the understanding and skills you need. (Clients only pay $250 for five hours of training. You can use this as flexible training time when you require).
    • Regular business & tax information – Information sheet & newsletters.

When we have completed your annual Financial Reports, we review them with you and explain them to you. This is a vital part of ensuring that they are accurate & that your business performance is understood along with your tax obligations.
